VM explorer option to open the server in vSphere Client

I'm trialing the VM explorer v6.3 and have a question of one of the right click options in datacenter.

I saw an option to open in vSphere client but it's greyed out. The option used to be available in the previous standardalone versions.

How to I make this work in the new web interface?

Re: VM explorer option to open the server in vSphere Client

Are you able to open vspere client via browser on VM Explorer server? For example -

https://<vCenter_host_name>/vsphere-client/?csp

Check connection settings, port setting of vCenter server configured in VM Explorer.  Make sure you have specifed the user account and password that is used to connect to the vcenter server.

No I can't open it via brower.

The setting looks fine, the root use name and password are all set correctly.
