Re: Unable to identify the Java applet on Safari browser(MAC OS)

Hi e210821,

My name is Ruddy and i'll be glad to help you on this question.

Starting UFT version 12, an execution mechanism was introduced to remotely run scripts on Apple Safari browsers hosted in MAC operating systems.

This mechanism requires installing an agent on the remote MAC machine. For more information, see Document http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM00819830 - How to install the UFT connection agent on a Mac computer to work with Safari browser?

Note (*): Current support is on Technology Preview level. For more information see Document http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM00363540 - What does 'technology preview level' mean?

Also you may see the document about what is the available support for Java applications:

Best regards.
