QTP11 Support of IE10

Is there an expected date by which we could expect a patch that allows QTP support for IE10, assuming that a patch beyond QTPWEB_0078 (IE9 support) is needed.

Re: QTP11 Support of IE10

Hi,

Currently there isn't official information regarding this matter. My recommendation is to be monitoring the Enhancement Request (ER) submitted, after IE 10 will be officially released.

To keep track of ER you can use the following link: https://support.openview.hp.com/enhancement/do/main

Re: QTP11 Support of IE10

Will QTP 11.5 supports IE10 on both Windows 7 and 8 ?

Re: QTP11 Support of IE10

UFT 11.5 does support IE 10 but with  the service pack UFT_00022.EXE (This will change your UFT version from 11.50 to 11.52) I would recommend you to install this anyway since it has fix many bugs and contains all patches released post 11.50.

You can also bookmark this UFT browser support matrix page for future reference.

All the best!
