64 Bit Java application is not working using QTP 11 and documented fixes

Hello, I want run tests over a 64 Bit Java (Java 1.7.0_25 ) application based on Eclipse. QTP and the application is installed on Win 7 64 Bit.

These patches were installed already.

Patch QTP_00699

QTP_00709 (QTP 11)

Hotfix QTPJV_ 00051

The 32 Bit variant of the application is running fine without any errors.

Starting the 64 bit variant of the application reports this message:

Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -agentlib:jvmhook
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Xrunjvmhook -Xbootclasspath/a:C:\PROGRA~2\HP\QUICKT~1\bin\JAVA_S~1\classes;C:\PROGRA~2\HP\QUICKT~1\bin\JAVA_S~1\classes\jasmine.jar
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not find agent library jvmhook on the library path, with error: %1 is not a valid Win32 application

As I understand the message. The 32Bit variant of the dll is used to start the 64 Bit JVM.

Any hint maybe?
