First thing is check if the application server is set to start manually or automatically when you restart the server. It is better to set it automatic .
Secondly sometimes with the RAM and the type of set up you have, it could take quite some time to startup all the services and show the Server Status as Ready. You need to give it a good amount of time and then check the status.
I am not able to open the attachment that you sent. Please resend it. Did you check your licenses and also make sure you are connected to the appropriate databases required for the application. The server does not come up if it is not connected to a Database.
I am even getting the same error. I have SM7 Installed on the same machine and its webclient runs on 8085 port. From one of the posts here It is recomended not to install SM and Ucmdb on same machine. But my ucmdb runs on 8080 port.
And When I stsrt the Ucmdb server and see the server status I Could see "mercuryAS" service is in "Starting" status since long nearly 2 hrs. Can anyone please suggest how to proceed further. Let me know if you need log files
