ucmdb scheduled report fails with Apache Tomcat/5.5.20 error

Hello,

I scheduled a report that send every sunday night by email an attaching pdf.

The first time all is gone well, the every report sent report:

Internal Error.
An internal error has occurred.
Apache Tomcat/5.5.20 error
Click here to report this error to HP Application Management Customer Support

Restart services and clean IE and java cache doesn't resolve my issue.

Hi GiuBal,

The same problem occured in mine also.

After the reboot of the Physical Server it was resolved.
I am still working on the cause for this.

I will reboot the server. I think a case to HP support is needed, I make you know the case resolution.

Hi ,

Some of the solutions related to apache tomcat error is remove the jboss cache for UCMDB and stop/start the services.

Try to delete:
\UCMDBServer\j2f\EJBContainer\server\mercury\tmp folder content and see if it helps.

Hi Alex,

i just tried to remove the folder, I have done:

1. stop ucmdn
2. removed \UCMDBServer\j2f\EJBContainer\server\mercury\tmp
3. removed \UCMDBServer\j2f\EJBContainer\server\mercury\work\jboss.web\localhos
4. restart the server

but behaviour is stil the same.

I am also facing the similar kind of issue..I am not able to open any of the reports.Can anyone suggest..

Hi,

this is an error of your IE version. Try with internet Explorer 6 o 7.

I have the same error with IE 8.
