uCMDB-RTSM integration

Hello,

 

uCMDB - RTSM integration point is not working, showing Pending results since long.

 

Any help??

Hi Citizen,

 

Please let me know you UCMDB version, CUP and CP version. 

Could you please go to C:\hp\UCMDB\DataFlowProbe\conf\log, open all fcmdb file and change the loglevel=DEBUG,

go to C:\hp\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\conf\log, open reconciliation and change loglevel=DEBUG.

Then re-run the job with clear probe cache and share with me the log folder (in runtime).

uCMDB version is 9.5, CUP 3.

Citizen,

 

Shut down the probe.

 

Delete the runtime\logs folder on the probe.

 

Restart the probe.

 

Kick off the integration adapter.

 

Wait 15 minutes and attach the ProbeWrapperGW.log file from the Probe.
