Try running the Delcollector.bat file on the ddm probe machine \\..\..\DDM\DiscoveryProbe\root\lib\collectors This will clear all the jobs on the ddm probe and restart the DDM probe. This will force BAC to push all the jobs back to this probe and any old job should be gone.
OK, Tried it. Stopped all the discovery jobs from the UI. Ran the DelCollectors.bat on each probe. Stopped and restart the services on each probe (watched everything get redownloaded). Started one job back up. Still getting the following error: jvm 1 | <2009-07-16 08:54:53,703> [INFO ] [ProbeGW: DB Tasks Distributer] (JobExecuter.java:390) - Redundant process didnt deleted results for job WMI_Dis_VMwareVC_Connection for CIs [60995c071d540ab3e3284f88817a22a0...] will not be deleted.
And now that package will not run at all. Do I have to start from the Range IPs from ICMP and rediscover the IPs?
What is the version of BAC/UCMDB, what is the name of the pattern that you are trying to run. Select the pattern, Hit the properties tab and select the trigger TQL and hit edit "pen icon" and on the popup window hit the calculator icon and check the no of trigger CI's. Also check the probes limit on the trigger tql.
What is the version of BAC/UCMDB - 7.53 What is the name of the pattern that you are trying to run - currently, WMI_Dis_VMwareVC_Connection Number of CIs - wmi(1953) Also check the probes limit on the trigger tql. -
I've already checked the basics and everything looks in order.
