I mistakenly activate enrichment rule that delete necessary CI`s. Is it possible to rollback enrichment actions?

No, it's not possible. You have to create another enrichment rule that will fix what you want.
What about restoring the DB's from the moment before the rule was executed? Of course all other data will go back in time too...
