When I am trying to start the UCMDB Server from services,Its giving me the following error.

"Could not start the UCMDB Server on local computer"
"Error 1067:The process Terminated unexpectadely"

Please suggest me how can I resolve this error?.

More over,I am trying to access the UCMDB in the web,but its not connecting.

http://hostname:8080/ucmdb in the browser.

Please suggest me how can I resolve these errors?.

Its very critical issue. Please reply as soon as possible.

Thanks,
VeerRaju.

Re: Not able to start the UCMDB Server

Hi Veer Raju..

you might have installed ucmdb as admin and trying to start the service as some other user other than admin.

check the service property log on tab.

Re: Not able to start the UCMDB Server

Dear Sree,

I have logged as an admin user to start the service. I have checked in the log on tab also.

But still I am not able to start the server. When I am trying to start the server, its giving me the specified error.

Where I am doing the wrong?.

Thanks,
VeerRaju.

Hello VeerRaju,

Re: Not able to start the UCMDB Server

Are you starting UCMDB from the START->PROGRAMS>HP UCMDB->Start UCMDB? There are 17 services that need to start in a specific order on our installation and I think you need tostart this way.
