Login is restricted because your active license(s) are not eligible

Hi All

 

Would any one help me to fix this issue for lincens part in ucmdb 10.10

When ever I tried to login ucmdb its shows the error as "Login is restricted because your active license(s) are not eligible"

 

Please assist me to fix this.

I suspect your license has expired.

You can check it via the JMX Console.

Contact your sales rep for a new license.

Hi Roy

 

Thanks for your response. Yes the licnese was expired and I have updated from JMX console through 'addLincense'.

Now Im able to login but page is not getting opened. Kindly assist from here.

Not sure what you mean by 'page will not open'

Do you see it downloading the Java applets?

 

Depending on your browser and whether you are on the UCMDB server or not it may be the URL.
