Integration Studio fails to Launch

Has anybody seen this problem and know how to fix?

First, I'm using uCMDB version 10.22.290 on RHEL 7.2 and openjdk version "1.8.0_111"

  1. I start firefox 45.5.0 ESR (Note: firefox and OMi are running on the same machine)
  2. point browser to https://FQDN/omi
  3. log into OMi
  4. select Administration->Integration Studio
  • IcedTea-web begins to load
  • I get an alert popup that uCMDB uses resources from https://FQDN/ucmdb-ui/static/appletJars and https://FQDN/ucmdb-ui/applet and asks if i'm sure I want to run the application.
  • I click "yes" then get the following exception:

Exception in thread "Thread-8" java.lang.SecurityException: Changing the SecurityManager is not allowed.

Re: Integration Studio fails to Launch

Looking at the Support Matrix, seems like RHEL 7.2 and firefox on Linux aren't supported for UCMDB 10.22.

Re: Integration Studio fails to Launch

Thanks: I switched the client to a windows machine and using IE 11. Integration Studio loads and works fine now. I'll run with that.
