Device not getting discovered in UCMDB

Hi,

I want to troubleshoot an issue with one single device which is not getting discovered in UCMDB 9.05

I can see there are 2 data flow probes in my environment and both of them have IP ranges assigned to them.

So how do I troubleshoot an issue for one single device as I think I cannot use the above data flow probe's for troubleshooting or I can use them?

Do I need to create a new data flow probe and which job ideally should be used to troubleshoot such issues.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Device not getting discovered in UCMDB

Only one probe should have IP in the range.

Which job you're trying to run?

Is the destination in a list of trigger CIs?
