UCMDB version: 9.05

SM version: PFA (SM Server version.jpg)

Can you please tell the adapter, is it like Connect-IT, something like that?

Thanks,

Yash

Hey Yash,

Using of ConnectIt for integration between UCMDB 9.05 and SM 9.30 is far from optimal.

UCMDB 9.05 has new adapter giving you an option for two way sync between UCMDB and SM.

Please review integration focs at http://support.openview.hp.com/sc/solutions/integrations.jsp?intid=692.

I'd recommend you to install latest Cumulative Update Package (AKA CUP) for 9.05. It could be found on HP SSO at http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM00510397.
