After uCMDB switched back from passive to active web services in the uCMDB now fails. UI Fine.

Hello,

Got in to work today to find our uCMDB (9.03) active (primary) server was in passive mode, must have failed over, over the weekend.

Switched back and all appeared to work ok, but it turned out our SM 2 uCMDB Web Service interface was now failing to update or added to CIs to uCMDB.

Switched back to failover and pointed SM at that and the interface worked fine.

Made primary server active again (which has worked fine for months) and the UI is fine, but SM is unable to update/create CIs via WebServices (from Javascript).

Config on SM is same as was last week.

Looks like it is something that is specific to to the uCMDB Server (Primary).

So my question is, has anyone come across anything the is server config specific that would stop the uCMDB WebServices accepting connections?

Thanks.

Found it!.

Turns out that logging had been set to DEBUG from ERROR on the active server.

This stops inbound Web Service working correctly on uCMDB!
