AM to UD integration

The SACM doc mention that to use the fixed_values.txt in the AM adapter to control the domain of IP address being populate from AM.

When populating IP address data from AM to UCMDB, the IpAddress:routing_domain attribute
value of the IP Address CI Type is populated with DefaultDomain.
This file allows you to change the default value for the attribute.

The value of fixed_values:

Created By AM Integration: DS_AM Integration_AM Population Job 930

#entity[<entityName>] attribute[<attributeName>] value[<value>]

#entity[ip_address] attribute[routing_domain] value[${DefaultDomain}]

entity[ip_address] attribute[routing_domain] value[${USDomain}]

I tried with the above change and IpAddress is still being populate with DefaultDomain. What am i doing wrong? Is my syntax correct or is there something else i need to do?

Thank you

Re: AM to UD integration

As far as I know ${} in  [${USDomain}] is call for variable. Try to use [USDomain] or ["USDomain"].

Re: AM to UD integration

Sorry for asking obvious thing, but did you try without isolation - [USDomain]?

If yes please open support case, will go over settings during the Webex.
