the last version of Systinet Server for Java (SSJ) developed within HP was 6.5.4 which included Jetty version 3.6. Anyway, this product isn't maintained by HP anymore and all activities were transfered to the open source company called WSO2. I have no other information about the development status, vision, etc.
regarding the support of SSJ: If you have still valid existing support contract regarding the SSJ you may enter an support case via our HP Support Portal http://support.openview.hp.com/support.jsp and we will serve you as our customer.
| Does this mean Systinet Server for Java is | open source now? | Does it means no more license renewal for | this product, so that OEM vendors no need to | renew the license?"
I don't know the business model of WSO2 and I don't know whether SSJ is now distributed as open source or some of its parts as a part of their product. These question and license renew is up to WSO2 representatives.
