The agent does not communicate with the HPOM server

Hello,

Problems encountered:
The agent does not communicate with the HPOM server. Here are the steps performed:
I add the server to the node bank,
I install the agent manually on a server,
I update the certificate of the agent,
I apply a policy to the node.
I have no message in the console.

I run on OM Server the following commands:

 

opcsv -version
@(#)HP Operations Manager 09.10.151 (06/17/10)

opcagt -version
11.00.044

bbcutil -getcbport 24-ser-00003
24-ser-00003:383

bbcutil -ping 24-ser-00003
24-ser-00003: (bbc-289) Statut=eSSLError temps=11 ms

Looks like a certificate issue.

Can you try:

 

on the monitored node: ovcert -list

on the management server: bbcutil -ping http://<node_name

On the management server: bbcutil -ping http://24-SER-00003

But when I execute the following command: opcnode -list_id node_list=24-SER-00003

List of IDs for node(s):
Name = 24-SER-00003                  ID = NONE
Operation successfully completed.

 

"24-SER-00003" it's my management server.

On JavaGUI i have a message : Warning: HP Operations agent is potentially not installed on node 24-ser-00003

Can you Try the below command on OMU server :

 

opcsw  -installed   <Node Name>

Hello,
To resolve the issue, I change the core ID HPOM mgmt server:
/opt/OV/bin/OpC/utils/opcnode -list_id node_list=24-SER-00003
List of IDs for node(s):
Name = 24-SER-00003                  ID = NONE
Operation successfully completed.
To change the core ID, i type the following command:
/opt/OV/bin/OpC/utils/opcnode -chg_id node_name=24-SER-00003 id=77c5a42a-f147-7334-00d4-a31a77dc00e7
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
