How to apply filter in HPOM9.x if we don't want particular alert/events

We are using HPOM 9.x in our environement.

Can someone please help with filter option? actually we don't want alearts which included a word "Bottleneck".

Example "Disk of bottleneck probability" "end of network bottleneck alert" etc...

Restart the PA agent , this would clear the temp files which may not updated after modifying the alarmdef file ..
