We have 20 Virtual Machine (3 VM installed W2K3-ENT & the rest is RHEL 5). We was successfully discovered 12 VM in Storage Essential. This morning we can't discovered anymore the rest of vm, we always get an error message "Discovery failed due to CIM error" Why this suddenly happen to our system? Whereas, we still discovered it yesterday afternoon, and this morning we can't discovery. There is no changing in our system. I sent appiq log file to help you, to determine our problem.

try stopping and starting the AppStorManager Service on the Storage Essentials Server. If it takes a very long time and you get an error stopping the service, go to task manager, look under processes and see if there are any storcimom processes running. (Storcimom1.exe, Storcimomdefault.exe, etc.) If so, end those processes, and then see if the AppStorManager service has stopped (you will have to refresh the services window). If it is then stopped, start the service again.
