Recently we have upgraded HPSM from 9.30 to 9.32. We have installed client v9.32 as well.
We have idntified that in v9.32 client Incidents are taking 3-4secs more time then Client v9.30. For example if client 9.30 is taking 3-4 secs then 9.32 is taking 7-8 secs.
Is there any necessary setting we are missing post installation of client v9.32.

We are facing issue with new client v9.32 however in v9.30 is working fine.
does ir_asynchronous:1 will help to control client issues ?
Does this happen on windows client or web client or both. Can you put in the debug paramaters of RTM:3 and debugdbquery:999 and reproduce the issue and attach the log?
This got resolved automatically as new client tooks time to create cache and shaerd memory.
Once this is done new client works fine.
So everything is working fine Now?
