Service manager logs out at the time of approval , when any user try to mass approve or approve the request , it logs them off from service mnager , We are curently running n SM9.30

I see below might be hte cause for issue
1.tickets were deleted, bbut the related approval activities for the deleted ticket remained.
2.Special characters might be added in teh approval record.
I have uploaded the Log files.
TO be specific the approval itself is slow and SM logs out at the time of Mass approval.
