When one of my users saves attachment (of any ticket) in windows HPSM client the "Save as..." dialog opens up, he chooses the destinatination folder, presses "Save", file is successfully saved and then the dialog to save the same file opens again.
All users have the same client version: 9.20.02, but there is no such problem at my or any other user's side.
You may upgrade the client to latest one. But this type of issue can not be specif to user , it should be of machine and did you tried with that user id on your machine ? Also did you crosschecked the steps user is performing.
