New HP Service Manager case study from APJ

The Legislative Yuan cuts incident resolution times from days to just minutes. This new case study provides insight into how this Chinese government law-making entity streamlined its IT Service Management (ITSM) by introducing coordinated processes and tools. Consolidation, standardization, and reporting were all aspects of this project.  An interesting part of the project was integration with security monitoring and operations.
