I have SM OM integration setup. When i search the auto incident tickets, in qbe impact and urgence are not displaying but same data is displaying in form. screenshot which i have attached will give you the clear explanation of my issue.
After saving the ticket impact and urgency will be displayed in qbe search list.
It simply means that priority are not saving to record they are set on display or initial conditions of the form via master or respective FC. So here when you click on save the record this info is updated to table in DB and you get the value in qbe too.
So check your FC.
