and see if that accomplishes what you are trying to do. If that works, and you want this to be the default configuration for all web users, modify the same parameter in web.xml to "false" for the parameter value.
To disable record list for all users regardless of the client used, enter the paramter:
in the sm.ini.
I usually recommend that customers disable record list. Especially with the collapsible forms, it takes up too much space relative to the tickets (and if you make it too small to show more of the detail record, you essentially defeat the purpose of record list anyway).
