HPSM / SSO: Opening attachments results in HTML 404
We have deployed SSO into one of our non-prod environments that is configured for HTTPS. We are using SiteMinder to authenticate users against Active Directory.
Almost everything works great however, we are running into issues with opening attachments, specifically attachments that have special characters in the file name (i.e. #, -, etc...). I don't know if it will resolve the issue but I am noticed that after submitting an attachment to an incident, it is going from https to http (causing the user to be reauthenticated against SiteMinder).
Any reason why attachments is set to use http? Can it be configured to use "https"?
