Would like to know, where should we do the checking when the microsoft outlook is overlimit.
Because in the project we are using HP connect IT to pickup the notification from HPSM to send out all the notification.
Once we pick the data from the eventout, we already deleted the record at eventout.
And we found out that the email is "Missing in Action" when the miscosoft outlook is overlimit.
What is the best solution to prevent this issue?
Appreciate your help to input this if any of you guys have experience this problem?
1. Increase the limited on the Microsoft Exchange Server
2. Tell the user to clean up the mailbox.
This are not a SM or CIT problem
