In Search Change Form, there is an Dynamic Form Control which contains several check boxes.
I need to add One more Check box(Emergency Change) inside the Dynamic Form.
How to do that? For ur reference please find the screenshot.

Suppose you mean Search configuration tab of the Object definition.
To add meanings there
input db in the SM command line.
In table fields type Object and make search
In file name field input the name of the table for which you want to add a meaning on search form (for example the table name for Change requests is cm3r, for Incidents probsummary ) and make search.
Move to the tab named Search configuration and there you will find search options.
For example you can check that tab for cm3r table.
