Clocks in rootcause



I am having HP Service Manager v9.32 in a windows platform.In Problem Management module, I have a custom WF with about 6 phases. I have introduced clocks in the rootcause and this is done thru fc  by calling apm.start.clock and apm.stop.clock.

WHile testing I noticed that, when I log a PM ticket, after clicking on Save, if I select 'Show Clocks' from the display option, noticed that it is bringing the entire
set of records in the clocks table. But If I come out of the ticket and go in once, it shows me the exact first phase running time. Rest of the phases it works fine.
After I added the PM ticket, I checked the clocks table to see if the record exist there, and it shows up.

Any advice to fix this ?.
