I need info about how the workflow for Change in SM 9.3 is, out-of-box.

There are 2 ways - Process Designer and old way of phase records based category set.
No, I mean where to find an 'Executive brief' of the Change process in Service manager :-). However, I found some best practice documents from HP that I probably can use, but thanks anyway :-)
