In my production envirnoment change managemnet workflow not visible for both windows and web client.
SM version is 9.2
And before it is visible i wondering how suddenly it not visible please help me on this.

I had something like that when i had prolems with Java on my pc. Is it reproducted on all computers?

Check the jave compatibility for SM version you have installed . Also check if JAVA is properly installed on your machine ..
Are other users alos facing the issue ?

You could try using a different web browser than the one you usually use.
Besides that, check for any error messages in the log file and also check for any recent changes in the system like in the workflow for example.
