which field to set when the DB rule check assigment workgroup?

Hello,
I create a service call use webapi,and I set assigment to workgroup like:
IAssignment assignment = servicecall.getAssignment();
assignment.setAssignorWorkgroup(workgroup);
assignment.transfer();
If the DB rule not check the field of assigment workgroup,the case can create,and open the case from GUI,and assignment to workgroup has data.But if DB rule check,it will throw the exception:
'For service call the following fields are required:
assignment workgroup.'

If I lose to set some field?
