what relations are there between ServiceDesk and HPOVOperations??
say pls, where from/what/how do alarms come onto HPOVOperations if a problem is occured on any service of wap site on cellphone? let's say we do have a code snippet on java which checks the state of the service on wap. is there any docs which explains? do i need to create a problem like it is said in explanation of Example3 of web-api??

OVO has its own mechanism to determine errors. It pings hosts, checks sockets activity, and accepts information from its agents installed on monitored nodes. It passes incidents to SD via LoadObject. Look at http://ovweb.external.hp.com/lpe/doc_serv/?sdesk For Operations Integration guide. This is about OVO integrations in SD, other questions about OVO you`d better ask in corresponding forum. As i understand a problem flow: Java program derermines an error, it notifies OVO, then OVO creates Incident in SD.
