use related changes to filter in service call view

We're using OVSD 4.5 SP24 for a Shared Services desk.

We have a general 5-day-rule to close off service calls. There are a few exceptions, e.g. if a change request is generated as a result of trouble shooting in which case the service call needs to stay open for the caller.

I'd like to know if and how it's possible to set up a view which shows all service calls which have a change request (ideally depending on that status) related to them.

Likewise, I'd like to have a view for all change request which have a related work order.

Any help is very appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Daniel,

Try creating an explorer view, which has a combination of 2 different modules views (e.g. service calls and changes).

Something very similar to the one attached.
