Hi All,

Can anyone tell me what is the usage of the field "availability status" under CI

What version of Service Desk are you referring to? I have not seen that field so I can only assume that some-one has activated a custom field and given it that name. You may need to question who ever implemented your system or refer to the original design.

SD 4.5 and yes even i think so.Indeed its a custom field and probably only the implementation team should be aware of.
