urgent ??

Hi all,
when the helpdek receive new call the caller dosent appear,,so they can't recognize from which customer is the call??
kindly help me how to fix this problem.

Hi there,

Can you give a bit more information? do you mean a call logged by email? by web? What version and service pack?

If it is an email call please also post details of all the settings in the system email settings.

Hi there,
the calls are log from web through ServicePages
am using 5.1 service desk with service pack 2
..i can see from the history inside the calls who have been created the call but from the caller i cant recognize which customer( service pages account) is log a call.

Hi

Have you checked that the SP account they have logged on with is connected to the Person record?
