urgent please???

Hi all,
i have a few Q kindly if you have any answer plz reply to me.
1- how can i make some fileds in the sevice call templete mandatory fields like the description??????.
2-is it possible to disable or remove some fileds from the SP service call templete(but in a way that effect some customers not all of them)????.
3-how can i make filtering in the ServicePage in a way that each user can see the calls that only belong to him??

Hi,

1- Fo to administration, data, required fields, select description; by default it is mandatory.

2- the template affects all end users.

3- select the suitable view for end user....
from administration -> Service pages -> Views -> Service calls -> select the approperiate view for end user.
