unable to find the folder in defining roles

Hi,

I have upgraded the service desk with Sp12 and when i try to create a new role,it is not showing the folder by default which i created under the service call or incident or workgroup tree. can anyone help me how to bring the folder by default.

What folder are you expecting to see? Is the Help Desk role in the screenshot the one you created?
In that screenshot you are viewing a role. What folder did you create that you are expecting to see?

Hi,
Thanks for replying.

I have created folder where i can categorize all service calls or incidents or what ever we create in the service desk, based on that the access also can be given for that particular folder.for more clarification, kidnly see the attachment which i have attached now where,earlier when i was using SP12, i have folders created and also the access is given based on those folders.

You need to turn on folder entitlement udnder System General Settings
