Re: to send all history information of workorder (for example) to another server of service desk

HI
That possible if use "Update from External System": after creation on second server, the 2-nd ask about 1-st about update where main parameters is id of created item and then 1-st run update History infromation or somthing else.

Re: to send all history information of workorder (for example) to another server of service desk

Oh, I tired doing Copy/paste on today.
1. event create a SC
2. Rule on Serv2 run Action Upd. from Ex. System , empl: http://server1/servlet/abc or http://server1/cgi-bin/abcd.cgi where IN paramenters is ID of created and ID of sources.
3. Servlet or cgi script read information from sources ID and write to distenation ID, exm.:cycle for+event

or

on server1 side create one .jsp file with auto login functions(view only) for showing only history lines from item. In sd_event set line in infromation field or other http://server1/viewHistory?ID=123456
from SP 7 each text field has hiperlinks functions, p.46 /sd45_sp7_addendum_eng.pdf

Hi
If you spoke about last file, so that not requared servlet, and possible use as srcipt, but if you like you can modefy and plug this code in servlet, then you will have a servlet and can use it in tomact.

Re: to send all history information of workorder (for example) to another server of service desk

hi Vasily,

I like jsp solution (not servlet).
Because I don't know how to connect java file (from previous flame) to Service Pages.
Can you show an example of auto-login and view of something (servicecall or workorder) in one file?
