template problem

we define sevaral templates in servicecalls,then give only one template to a role. when the person only having this role create servicecall,why can he choose all the template ?????(SD4.5 Pack17)

look in the role, probs he has the top also accorded (access to all templates...)
clear the cache if working on the same machine / server cache/...
we have been where you wanna go..

yeah.you are true!I resolve this problem when I clear the server cache .
