template issue

Hi everyone!

I've created a template but when I create an incident with that template it gives an error that I'm not allowed to create the incident and if I add the folder in the template it gives a java.null.exceptional error (I log in with the user account to test the template). I checked the folder and the role. they have new, view and modify rights on the folder that I set in the template.

yes the user has New, view and modify rights in that folder.

Hi.
What version of SP do you have? When we used SP 17 we had the same problem with templates. Errors disappear after restarting SD server service.
Thus after upgrading to SP19 this problems disappeared)
