The patch level SP 9 What exactly do you mean with empty the cache? Of coarse I can purge my own cache but the problem exists for the whole area. By the way if if I purge my own cache the problem remains.
I think I didn't make myself clear. It is not a client related problem but a system related problem. The problem involves all the users and occurs when a user saves a call as a template (see attachment) Maintain template is activated in the administrator console.
