servicecall open via email with +1h timestamp

Hello
I got this issue in my sdesk 4.5, when a servicecall is open via email it is open with +1hour timestamped.
Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Which service pack? java version?

This is depends from main TZ, loo what the TZ sets on application server what receive the e-mails and on admin account.

Hello!

The Pick, my SDesk is 4.5 sp27 java 1.5.0_14.

Vasily, can you please be more specific. The only place i can see the Time Zone is on System Panel, Regional Settings, Time Zones. I've selected UTC(+00:00 ) and only the service call created via email have +1hour.

Thanks for your help. I don´t know what happened but i forgot this tests for a while and when i restarted everything is ok!!!!
