service pack 19 updated

I have service desk 4.5 with sp 14 in windows 2003 server and i have updated service pack 14 to 19 in live Scenario.service pack 19 updated successfully but problem is that when i connect to client which is runing on Windows XP.after one or two minute it is going to hang.

Strongly recomend clear "cache" folder and all *.dat files from hp client folder.
Run again.

I have unistalled Client in that system after that clint is same status.

Check the server's update log file, did you have erros? SP 19 like use another Java machine, did you install it?

Hi,
No, I don't install the onther java machin.
Pls sujest me what version we can use the java.

Hm, you are joke me? How y can do installetion if y don't rod documatations :S.
doc\readme.html, part of: ...Service Desk 4.5 will only support JRE/JDK 1.4.2 starting with Service Pack 19.....

Hi,

It is recommended to use/upgrade to Java 1.4.2_09 in the server, and make sure to have proper MS JVM in each client PC.

As previous post, it is recommended to read the documentation before doing the upgrade.
