i have a problem that all accounts can only change there account password, but when user click advanced find, he find all acounts and also can change there password ( access by console )
i need to deny this option to be only can change his account password

Here is a list of questions that come to mind when I read your issue:

1) what roles are assigned to these people?
2) Do any of the roles include sub-roles that include or might include access to Application Account item?
3) What SP are you on?

Try the first two questions with one of the accounts that display this issue...

thank for your fast response

1- i do sub role that only each account can change his password and relate this role to the main role for the same account example:

xaccount have another sub role ( xaccount-password).

2- we have SD v5.0 with SP 1

so just remove that and have them just use the Change Password function from the tools>options>accounts
