service desk database

I am very new to service desk and hardly have any idea about it.
I have some specifications and want to find out the database size from the given specifications.
We will be using Oracle 10g R1 as service desk database. The specifications are as follows:

1)250 accounts
2)5 roles
3)350 views
4)350 forms

basic setup:
1)21000 addresses
2)300 locations
3)21000 telephone extensions

personnel and organisation:
1) 300 organisations
2)20500 persons
3) 15 workgroups

configuration management:
1) 50000 configuration items

helpdesk management:
1) expected service calls 57000 with 17 history lines each
2)1000 incedents expected with 9 history lines each

change management:
1) 1600 changes expected with 10 history lines each
2) 3000 workorders expected with 10 history lines each

problem management:
1) 1000 problems expected with 13 history lines each

I know this is a very long and painful query.
I will be really obliged if I get a pointer about how to estimate the database size.

Thanks in advance,

Re: service desk database

Use the sizing spreadsheet supplied by HP.

I also need the sizing spread sheet. Is it possible for you to send it in your reply

Re: service desk database

Should be on the CD.

Re: service desk database

it should be in the \doc\Database Sizing folder. If not download the latest Service Pack and get it from the same location.
