service call templates

Every time I create a template (using system account) my standard users cannot see them. In one instance, I created a new template for service call with pre-defined value for workgroup and when my users create a new service call using that template, the field does not auto-fill with what I defined it with. Any suggestions?

Are you running SD4.5 SP17?

Xavier,

As has already been mentioned if you are running SD 4.5 on SP17 then, when you have applied changes to templates, before they become available to everyone, you need to re-start the HPOV services on the application servers.

One of the many little 'features' of HPOV.
