sd4.5,sp13: Removing priority for non-bussiness hrs calls

Hi,

I have integrated OVO with SD.I recieve incidents with priority as S1(defined in template).However this priority remains for non-bussiness hrs calls also.Can I remove the priority of the calls which are recieved other than the working time?

You will have to define DB rules to take care of that...but without testing it out first I dont see why not? :)
