sd_event problem

sd_event problem

i do the the following situation concening sd_event

i m working with service desk 4.5 with service pack 12
i did install service desk event on application server and upgrade it to the SP12
i did install service desk agent on the application server and upgrade it to the SP12

the application server is working properly and the agent is on

when i did use the command prompt from the server to execute the sd_event inorder to create a new service call automatically it went well

but when i did user the same command from a database rule nothing happened and nothing was written in the log files

why is that

try to run the agent with /DEBUG /MONITOR. With those parameters it will log the calls that it gets from the server.

i didnt use the ini file in my parameters
